El Chalten - Patagonia

We still managed to go at the end of the trek of la laguna de los tres in spite of the bad weather conditions.

Unfortunately, we were not able to see the famous Fitz Roy which culminates at 3,375 meters.

Probably 500 meters before reaching the top, we met an irish couple who tried to discourage us to go to the summit.

We were about to come down as Trisha´s feet were freezing. I forgot to mention that she is doing a world trip with ten pairs of shoes but none of them are for trekking!

I think that she read in my eyes I didn´t want to give up and going back in being so close to the target.

Then, we went to the top and appreciated our meals there.
